So, we currently have a vacancy for a Realtor Consultant.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Organization of showings;
- Operating sales transactions;
- Finding real estate objects and uploading them to our website.

We want to note that this list was compiled on the basis of our long experience in the field of real estate and work with clients by analyzing the reasons why someone is able to establish contact with the client and sell, and someone puts the stigma of “work with clients is not mine”.
All people are different. Some are destined to become astronauts, because they are 100% introverts who understand physics and are ready to spend their whole life at the blackboard, chalking out the very formula of the future, and some are destined to become the best salesmen and marketers in the world because they understand market psychology, are able to find contact with any, even the most demanding and picky Customer and pick him the best option.
So here is what you will need to make the leap in this field:

There are some requirements that we make mandatory for the candidate:
- Work permit in Spain
- Language skills in good spoken and written form:
- Russian, Spanish, English, or
- Russian, Spanish, or
- Russian, English
- Using a computer at a confident level
The following points will set you apart from other candidates:
- Driver’s license
- Diploma or certificate as a psychologist
- Knowledge of Polish and German
- Willingness to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Experience in sales
