San Juan-El Cabo Beach
This must be one of the best known by tourists and Alicante for the magnificent beach of San Juan, this neighborhood is divided into four different areas, we leave them below with the respective prices;
- Playa de san juan, studios and apartments starting at € 80,000 reaching up to € 1,000,000, with luxury homes up to € 3,000,000
- Cabo de las Huertas, flats from € 150,000 to € 1,000,000, and impressive houses that start from € 1,000,000 to € 7,000,000
- Alicante golf, apartments from € 150,000 to € 1,000,000, and very cool houses that start from € 1,000,000 to € 3,000,000
- La Albufereta, flats from € 40,000 to € 600,000, and houses starting from € 500,000 to € 1,000,000
Villafranqueza-Santa Faz-Monegre
Neighborhood to spend the summer, well all of Alicante in general is, but this neighborhood is very beautiful, it is divided into three different areas, which are;
- Villafranqueza, flats between € 30,000 and € 150,000, and a house between € 200,000 and € 600,000
- Villahermosa – Santa Faz, houses and apartments between € 100,000 and up to more than € 1,000,000
- Valle del Sol – El Portel, houses starting from € 120,000 to € 500,000
Parque Avenidas-Vistahermosa
New neighborhood, with many urbanizations, private schools, if you don’t know very well where it is, let’s say it’s all Gran Via, a neighborhood divided into three areas;
- Garbinet-Parque de las Avenidas, flats between € 50,000 and € 400,000, most are about € 200,000
- Vistahermosa, a wide range of prices for flats between € 30,000 and € 400,000, and houses starting from € 300,000, and luxury houses starting from € 1,000,000 to more than € 5,000,000

- Virgen del Remedio-Parque lo Morant, apartments from € 30,000 to € 150,000, and houses from € 300,000 approximately
- Colonia Requena-Virgen del Carmen, flats from € 18,000 to € 90,000 approx.
- Ciudad Jardín, apartments from € 50,000 to € 170,000 and housing developments with higher prices that do not exceed € 730,000
Campoamor-Carolinas-Altozano
Recommended for tourist rental, at mid-range prices, all around the bullring, it is separated into five different areas;
- Carolinas Altas, flats between € 40,000 and € 150,000
- Campoamor, flats between € 45,000 and € 250,000
- Carolinas Bajas, flats between € 40,000 and € 200,000
- Altozano, flats between € 30,000 and € 200,000
- Benisaudet, flats between € 70,000 and € 250,000
Plà del Bon Repòs-La Goleta-San Antón
Good area of flats, most of the middle class Spaniards who live there, and foreigners like it because of the proximity to the beach, divided into three areas;
- Plà del Bon Repos-La Goteta, flats from € 45,000 to € 200,000
- San Antón, apartments with prices between € 55,000 and € 500,000

San Blas-Pau
Close to private education centers, high-priced urbanizations, around sports areas, such as the Hercules stadium, with three different areas;
- Paus, urbanizations between € 100,000 and € 300,000 -400,000 €
- Santo Domingo, apartments from € 60,000 to € 250,000
- San Blas, apartments between € 50,000 and € 250,000, plus houses that are around € 300,000
Los Ángeles-Tómbola-San Nicolás
Closest area to the university, recommended student rentals, neighborhood separated into five areas;
- Los Angeles, cheaper apartments can reach € 20,000, but there are most apartments between € 100,000 and € 250,000, exceptions of luxury homes that reach € 1,300,000
- Tómbola – Rabasa, a few flats of € 40,000, the rest between € 100,000 and € 300,000
- City of Assisi – Font-Calent – El Bacarot, old houses of € 40,000, decent apartments start at € 50,000, more expensive apartments of up to € 300.00 and luxury houses of up to € 1,700,000
- San Agustín, prices between € 50,000 and € 200,000
- Divina Pastora, houses starting from € 80,000 to bungalows of up to € 300,000
Benalua-La Florida-Babel-San Gabriel
Large area of buildings, constructions that began from 1995 until now modernizing everything else, with large urbanizations of 2000, 2010 and now under construction, the island of Tabarca also enters this neighborhood, an area in which little is sold, but it is beautiful and something expensive alone, and finally the neighborhood, which although it is not the largest has more different areas than others, which are the following nine;
