San Juan-El Cabo Beach
This must be one of the most famous areas of Alicante among tourists. It is divided into four different neighborhoods, below you can see the prices:</p
- Playa San Juan, studios and apartments from 80,000 euros to 1,000,000 euros, with luxury homes up to 3,000,000 euros.
- Cabo de las Huertas, apartments from €150,000 to €1,000,000 and impressive homes from €1,000,000 to €7,000,000.
- Golf de Alicante, apartments from 150,000 to 1,000,000 euros and stunning homes from 1,000,000 to 3,000,000 euros.
- La Albufereta, apartments from 40,000 to 600,000 euros and houses from 500,000 to 1,000,000 euros.
Villafranqueza-Santa Faz-Monegre
A neighborhood where you can have a great summer, as in all of Alicante of course, but this area is very green and divided into three different zones:
- Villafranqueza apartments from 30 000 to 150 000 euros and houses from 200 000 to 600 000 euros.
- Villahermosa – Santa Faz, houses and apartments from 100,000 euros to over 1,000,000 euros
- Valle del Sol – El Portel, houses from 120,000 to 500,000 euros
Parque Avenidas-Vistahermosa
New neighborhood with many urbanizations and private schools. If you don’t know very well where it is, we can tell you that it is a street called Gran Via, divided into three parts
- Garbinet Parque de las Avenidas, apartments from 50,000 to 400,000 euros, most of them around 200,000 euros.
- Vistahermosa, a wide range of prices for apartments from 30,000 to 400,000 euros, houses from 300,000 euros and luxury houses from 1,000,000 euros to over 5,000,000 euros.
- Nou Alacant, there are exceptions in the form of some apartments that cost between 2,000 and 5,000 euros, but most of them start from 15,000 and go up to 150,000 euros.
Virgen del Remedio-Juan XXIII
Affordably priced apartments, multicultural environment, apartments without elevator in buildings more than 40 years old since construction, tall panel houses with views of the whole city, many parks and very favorable rental and purchase prices, just right for investment. There are four different zones in this neighborhood;
- Juan XXIII, cheap apartments from 20,000 euros to 140,000 euros on average.
- Virgen del Remedio-Parque lo Morant, apartments from 30,000 to 150,000 euros and houses from 300,000 euros approx.
- Colonia Requena – Virgen del Carmen, apartments from 18,000 to 90,000 euros approximately.
- Cuidad Jardin, apartments from 50,000 to 170,000 euros and residential complexes with higher prices, not more than 730,000 euros.
Campoamor-Carolinas-Altozano
Recommended for tourist rentals, average prices in the city, near the bullfighting arena. The area is divided into five different zones;
- Carolinas Altas – apartments from 40,000 to 150,000 euros.
- Campoamor – apartments from 45,000 to 250,000 euros.
- Carolinas Bajas – apartments from 40,000 to 200,000 euros.
- Altozano – apartments from 30,000 to 200,000 euros.
- Benisaudet – apartments from 70 000 to 250 000 euros.
Plà del Bon Repòs-La Goleta-San Antón
A good neighborhood where most middle-class Spaniards live. Foreigners also like this area because of its proximity to the beach, and it is divided into three parts;
- Plà del Bon Repos-La Goteta, apartments from 45,000 euros to 200,000 euros
- San Antón, apartments from 55,000 to 500,000 euros
- Raval Roig-Virgen del Socorro, sometimes there are apartments for 60,000 euros, the rest of the apartments from 80,000 to 680,000 euros
Center of Alicante
The district with high prices because of its location, close to everything you need, restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment venues. The center is divided into four zones;

- Ensanche-Diputación, cheaper apartments from about 70,000 to 100,000 euros, other prices from 200,000 to 1,000,000 euros.
- Market: from 60,000 to 600,000 euros.
- Traditional center, prices below 100,000-1,000,000 euros.
- Old Town – Santa Cruz, prices below 100,000-1,000,000 euros.

San Blas-Pau
Near private educational centers, expensive urbanizations, around sports venues such as Hercules Stadium, with three different zones;
- Paus, apartments in urbanizations from 100,000 to 300,000-400,000 euros
- Santo Domingo, apartments from 60,000 to 250,000 euros
- San Blas, apartments from 50,000 to 250,000 euros, and houses costing around 300,000 euros
Los Ángeles-Tómbola-San Nicolás
The closest neighborhood to the university, recommended for renting for students, the neighborhood is divided into five parts;
- Los Ángeles, cheaper apartments can reach 20,000 euros, but in most cases apartments cost between 100,000 and 250,000 euros, with the exception of luxury homes that cost up to 1,300,000 euros.
- Tómbola – Rabasa, a few apartments at 40,000 euros, the rest from 100,000 to 300,000 euros.
- Ciudad de Asís-Font-Calent-El Bacarot, old houses costing 40,000 euros, decent apartments from 50,000 euros, more expensive apartments up to 300,000 euros and luxury houses up to 1700,000 euros.
- San Agustín, prices from 50,000 to 200,000 euros.
- Divina Pastora, houses from 80,000 euros to bungalows up to 300,000 euros
Benalúa-La Florida-Babel-San Gabriel
Many new buildings and actual developments that go from 1995 to the present, all the infrastructure is modernized, there are large urbanizations from 2000, 2010. The island of Tabarka is also included in this area, there are few properties for sale here compared to other areas, but although it is not the largest, has more different neighborhoods than others, namely the following nine;</p
- Benalúa, a modernizing area, in the construction of new high quality homes and services
- Babel, many urbanizations with low and medium prices (the most expensive does not exceed 350,000 euros)
- La Florida, the same price area as Babel
- El Palmeral-Urbanova-Tabarca, includes the island of Tabarca, more expensive house prices from about 500,000 to 700,000 euros, luxury houses on the edge of the palm grove up to 990,000 euros and large urbanizations with high prices in urban areas that do not exceed 500,000 euros
- La Florida Portazgo, the same as Babel but even cheaper
- Ciudad de Asís, all apartments from 30,000 to 150,000 euros.
- San Gabriel, the area is under renovation and improvements, with apartments from 50,000 to 380,000 euros
- Alipark, the same neighborhood in terms of prices as San Gabriel
- Princesa Mercedes, apartments from 50,000 to 150,000 euros
